What a gem! Stunning location right by the town square with friendly staff who go above and beyond. Spacious rooms with modern decor, and the pool area is perfect for relaxation. Just a short ride to the volcano ferry makes it even better. Highly recommend if you're passing through!

Great staff and perfect location!

We had a lovely stay here! The staff were super helpful and even gave us a ride to the Volcano ferry, which was a nice touch. The room we had was spacious, and we loved the bar area for relaxing after long days. Just wish the beds were a bit softer. they were kinda hard for us.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, yet I

found some aspects of the hotel lacking. The location is convenient, but my room had a hard bed which made sleeping a challenge. Despite this, the breakfast was excellent and made the stay a bit sweeter.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the clean pool and a great meal at the restaurant during our stay. The outdoor swimming area was perfect for relaxing with sun loungers all around. Just a heads up, my only issue was that the air conditioning needed fixing, but it didn’t ruin our experience! 😄
